‘Westende’

This artwork represents and showcases the enchanting coastal area of Westende in Belgium. Connected by doodles that symbolize the wind and sea, are landmarks and typical associations of the region. The composition and scene itself is designed to take the observer from the land all the way into the sea. The painting was commissioned by locals and now hangs in a seasight apartment in Westende.
